I'm Non-UK resident, running a UK Ltd company.

Could someone please send me a link to some documentation "for dummies" on how to file UK Ltd annual tax online? (if such documentation exists)....

Is anybody doing this successfully here? I'd pay reasonable amount to someone who could walk me through it once :)

As far as I understand first thing I need to do is register for online service at www.hmrc.gov.uk , it requires "Corporation Tax Reference" number, which I don't have. I believe I can obtain it from company registrar (registered office address) in UK, it should have been sent to there, right?

I'm sure I'd have more questions, but first I need to get registered with this online service.

you have to go to the company house website, where you can get all the documents you need.
