So tax season is coming up and I've got to do my taxes for the first time (rather than someone handling them for me). So I know I owe the government however much money because it's not like Click takes anything out. So yeah, I was wondering what all to know about this process, if there was an official thread or resource for doing your own freelance taxes, especially if it's focused on clickbank earnings, etc. So yeah, I just don't know how to go about it so any input would be great, thanks!
I don't think it's that complicated - in Canada at least, Clickbank income is personal/business income which gets added on top of any salary that you make as part of a "normal job" and you need to pay the resulting taxes from that income. If you purchase a program like TurboTax or Quicken it makes things pretty easy...
For the US here is last year's article on a site of mine: http://my-e-space.com/Webmaster-and-Taxes.html To the best of my current knowledge, nothing has changed.
Yeah I'm US based so I need to do the 1099 deal. Click will send something, correct? Thanks for the link, btw.
