    Hello,

    I have a company(not VAT registered).I'm not from US.

Now I want to complete my tax information:
    Account>Administrative Settings>Tax Information
"Certification Of No United States Activities" and w-8

The problem is that I have sites in US.So what do I have to do.Does it mean I have to pay any taxes in US?

    Thank you.

No, you don't have to pay U.S. taxes in that case.

Having US hosting does NOT count as being "effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States". Nor does it count as having "employees or equipment located in the United States".

Unless you OWN servers in the US, then you're fine.

Most of CJ's "Non US" members will have US hosting.

    Thank you

I also use adwords, e-lance services in us, and place my ads on us sites(paid).Aren't these us activities?

    Can I sign it?

Just shut up and sign it :D :) :D

As far as I understand it, as long as CJ have got a signed form from you, then it keeps the IRS happy, which is really all they (CJ) care about.

I know I signed and mailed in my W8, but I can't remember signing anything else.

why don't you ask an accountant? Or at least ask on an Accounting forum.

Maybe because the average accountant won't have a clue what Commission Junction is - and if they're a European or Asian accountant, they won't know anything about US tax laws.
