    Good discussion .. I think marketing expense like buying ads and also salary money spent for scrript development is claimable as non-taxable

    Did you read that article?
    obviously you are not eligible to pay if you earn less. but you are eligible if you earn more, but question is is it taxable if the income is from Adsense, I found tha t about article really interesting and was looking for some comments.

    Script purchased bill, print that one. And show them that would be enough.
    Also one more point, Since Service tax is waved for Adsense money, is Income tax applicable on this?

    Paypal sends money via $$ that is not taxable, I'm sure what ever money you get into India is not taxable I'm sure it is not taxable if its in $$, need to confirm for Rs.

    only difference is we adsense publishers are not living in out side india , easy to go out and take a NRI bank account

    this wrong RBI low are making two citizens here ...wtf
