Tax information for Non-US Citizens

    Guys

    I entered AdSense PIN that I received by mail and also selected to be payout by Western Union. But still it shows for payment on hold and I read now message is for Tax information.

    I am Non-US Citizen, what to do to get rid off that message and activate AdSense payout?

    if I'm not mistaken, there's an option when you're entering your tax info to tell that you're not US resident, therefore, tax info is not applicable

    you will see 2 option if you are US resident then you have to fill out Tax info
    the other option if you are not US resident then you will accept the TOS and declare that you are not US resident and doesn't have any business in USA ,, then you will ask to sign ( just write your full name).
    THat's all after that you will never ask again to enter your Tax info.

    One thing more what should i write in the signature section as i have already entered my father's payee name.
