Ok, i'm @ that point where i have to fill some tax information in order to receive payments from google.

I live in Europe, and i'm using dreamhost to host all my pages, and google says that if i use a webhosting company from USA i have to get a TIN, otherwise if the hosting company isn't from USA i won't need it. Where the hell will i get that number and is it really required? Will they find out that my hosting company is in USA?

I think they sure be able to find out your company is in USA.
Everything is linked and now the world is become much smaller.

    From adsense:
"Do you own equipment in the U.S. related to your participation in AdSense?
This includes owning a hosting service or web server in the U.S. If you simply use or rent from a U.S. hosting company, you can choose "No" to this question."
You just renting hosting service, you don't need to get any number.
