Tax ID,Tax Classification in CJ payment?

    Hello every one
    I live outside USA,so i don't have Tax ID or Tax Classification,
    do i need them for payment?
    or CJ will pay me without them?
    and how CJ send our checks,by DHL or any other way?

    what is commun mail?
    so how many days it take to reach out side usa?
    more than 10 days?
    i still see $0 in fees and publisher payments
