Hello, I'm not USA resident / citizen, so i dont have Tax ID, Tax Classification, and VAT Number. what do i have to fill? may i leave it blank? if i leave it blank, will i get a problem when i receive a payment?
Depends on the country you are from. I would just enter your Tax ID number from what ever country you are from. VAT Number is for European ID's (I believe). You have already filled out your address, so they will know what country you are coming from. They will match up the Tax ID they give you with the Country you provided.
