    if have visited a site, you will see that it does not have any adsense on it.

    So no income, but tax keywords are very highly paid.

    When you say domain costs more, do you mean what you have had the domain name valued at? your domain name and site, is only valued at what someone is prepared to off you... nothing else.

    Rant finished... i do thinks its very over priced. though even $200 is a good price for someone to offer.

    Does a .us domain have much value?

    Maybe it would work better as an article resource with a few articles on it, a couple of affiliate links, and maybe a couple of paid links - all=low maintenance low investment + higher returns website. If you wanted to go that route, I'd be happy to buy the forum database from you to help merge with one of my small finance forums.

    As for keyword price - if the tax keywords are so well-paid why not put adsense on and then ask for offers based on revenue generation?
