I completed that easily, when you click on Non-US it will ask you for your signature, and I just entered my full name there and it worked nothing else.

I got it solved, was the same problem for me, it says... The signature must match your contact name

Just type your first name as in the account in small caps and press enter.

If you are a non-US citizen residing in India, you will need to fill out the W-8BEN form to comply with US tax regulations. The W-8BEN form is used to certify that you are a foreign person and to claim that you are the beneficial owner of the income earned from US sources. In the form, you will be required to provide your name, address, and taxpayer identification number (TIN). As an Indian resident, you can provide your Indian PAN (Permanent Account Number) in place of the VAT number. It is important to note that the W-8BEN form needs to be completed accurately to avoid any tax withholding issues.
