TAX for adsense outside US if OBAMA wins

    "all outsource company who is doing outsourcing outside U.S will be required to pay TAX." that does not mean google. lol read it.. take convergies or teletech. a u.s company doing outsource call centers to other country. does they pay tax for calls from U.S to other country? they have employees from other country answering tech suport calls/doing jobs for u.s people..man thats one way to get money out of U.S soil with out tax.. anyway this idea of TAX thing from obama. i just saw it in youtube on one of his interview..lol

    When you are an advertiser on adsence, you may target your audience in google. that means you can show your ads only to those countries you want.

    1.So if I'm an advertiser and my ads are showing on my no US countries, then I'm no where there.

    2.If my ads are showing on US and I'm outsider then, when people clicks on those ads I PAY money to google NOT EARN. again no tax for me. But may be tax on google to provide this service to outsiders, and that will cost to the non US like me :) But the US gov cant do this, because if the service provider is from outside US, the gov cant put tax on that company.

    3.If you say that this brings traffic to your site and you earn from that, then if I'm non US, then US gov cant put income tax on me!!!!. And if in US then its other matter and new policies are not for US I think.

    Now for publisers

    1. As far I know and watching, sites that have adsence always show me over 90% ads that are from my country. SO there is no US party except googles service.

    2. When some one is viewing my no US site from US and clicks on US based ads, I earn from that. So only here taxes are applicable. and that can cost low EPM for non US people. Even if the service provider is not an US company like Google. because US gov will put that tax to the advertisers.

    But if this happens then We wont allow US ads to be shown on our sites. THEN???

    Now the million dolar question is - IS ADSENCE TO NO US PEOPLE IS IN THE CATEGORY OF OUTSOURCING ??

    As far defination of outsourcing its not, and should not be. But US gov can do that any time.

    Here comes the magic and that is Politicians says something before election and something else after Election

    So wait and watch... who is gonna do what.
