I am an affiliate marketer selling down loadable products By the end of the year between selling Site Build It and adsense ads I will have made $$1000.00. At the point I really do not have time to put much more into my site development so it is just extra income. Because my income is so low do I have to pay tax. It might be better to put it this way what is maximum sales before reported to the IRS. I have been to the IRS site and could not find anything on commissions for afflatus marketing and defendant nothing on making money from tax in regard to wart to do about on products made in Canada. The bottom like in all this is I really need to know the maximum sales before reported to the IRS. After all my concerns may not even be needed..
When you are self-employed you need to report your income when you make $400 or more. This is for self-employment tax. Income tax won't kick in until you've made quite a bit more, but if you are a dependent on someone else's tax return it could be as little as $5,450. Best thing, pay for a consultation with a good tax accountant. It will save you money and grief!
maybe you can take a look at the tax tips ... there is a lot of info there, hope you can find something
