The .pro extention is a very expensive extention at $100/year. There has been some high sales in that extention, but personally I don't like it as I don't see a use for it. I would've thought that it was another .name failure, but it's doing really well. Not to sure as to the value though. In regards to the .la name, it's a nice name, but currently .la hasn't had really many high sales. Probably worth Mid $xx currently. Wait for .la to start with more LA businesses using it.
expensive extension is not the reason. If domain name sounds then it has value. 100$ extension fee is nothing when you buy domains starting from $xxxx. And I think that tattoos.pro sounds good. My appraisal is mid $xxx - low $xxxx
I don't understand why this domain zone is so undervalued. according to http://www.knd.ru/category/other/ there were following sales tennis.pro - 410$ Help.pro - 170$ Refinance.pro - 180$ Photography.pro - 2210$ There are gems that are selling for pennies
