Selling Tattoo Site Regular Performer for Sale

This website has been a consistent performer for adsense, but it is time to let it go as I am trimming off all of my sites to pursue my real career.

October 2008 - October 2009 $570 adsense
October 2009 - October 2010 $680 adsense

On top of that there has been some clickbank sales totalling a few hundred dollars each year. So there is typically $750-$1000 revenue each year from this site 2 years running. With that in mind I think $850 is a fair BIN.

I do have a reserve set at $650 as it would be foolish for me to just let it go for less. The site has not been changed that much (I recently added some verbiage to maybe grab some more SEO points, but typically this just gets alot of organic traffic without it.

The highest is Google, but it also gets Yahoo and Bing according to Google Analytics. From the same source, here are the top five search engine searches landing traffic to this site:

As you can see this is getting traffic from where it should be. It does get some referral traffic from another site of mine, but as a component of the sale, I will leave that link for 1 year following the sale.

I am going to do the verification of ownership thing, sorry folks. Someone else PMd about it so I will do that now. As far as the other info, I have prepared a link and will send that to each interested person but just dont want to blanket it by posting that type of info here (in case no one buys it or in case the buyer wouldn't want it there). It is easiest enough to just send.

OK, PMs being sent now, but above I verified ownership and attached Google Analtyics! By the way, the bulk of the referring traffic is from the site in my signature because it ranks #1 in Google for mommy tattoos and motherhood tattoos. Still, for the type of site this is, to have this high of a percentage from organic traffic gives a proven model how to expand the site. I just dont have the time to do that anymore.
