TATA Plug 2 Surf anyone used it?

Hello guys,

Did anyone here used Tata Indicom Plug 2 Surf wireless net connection here? I really want to get one wireless connection with unlimited plan my budget is 1000RS Per month 100 or 200 can be increased.

Let me know if anyone used it and how is its speed and can we use to all over India?

Did you used any other wireless connection and do you want me to recommend any?

Really i need info about it as soon as possible.

Speed matter afterwards.....they have too much documentation work to be fulfilled that being a college student i couldn't bare it....it sucks......

 

Its speed is decent (you cant compare to the wireless abroad ).

The only prob with it is the documentation that has to be filled..They didnt give me the card coz i am a student and some postpaid shit..So i bought reliance , who gave me the datacard but there speed is little bit less than Indicom..

Indicom offers untld for 1100..My friend uses it and its way better than my reliance

 

I searched for some reviews on Google and i found some users are having very bad experience and some are having good experience with it.

I think it depends on location.Im from Chennai (India) so can anyone help me out in selecting better network?

and yes does TATA Plug 2 Surf works out of state? i mean if i take connection here in Tamil Nadu then will it work out of TN? or only in TN?

TATA plug 2surf have no unlimited plan , you will get good spead if you are in good range i am using this monthly RS 160 plan - daily 1 hour free > i am using it if i go out side my state.

Now i am using BSNL data card with EVDO its wire less broad band* with RS 800 monthly rent for Unlimited , but you cant use it out side of your state .

broad band only available in selected citys > capitals

 

It has untld plan for 1100 month..my friend uses it..As i said speed is around 160kbps , but its much fast than reliance and all

 

My friend uses it and its very slow.

 

is it available only in Maharashtra & Goa ???

its slow if you compare it to the cable net or DSL or ADSL..

in wireless service its the best in India

No idea..Its available in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh

Me: If i dont get download speed of 90-120kbps will i get refund?

Customer care in India is really bad.....

However you will get speeds of more than 153kbps..I have used it..

It will cost you 2500+500 and some 200 for a new connection..

then every month post paid bill of 1100 ( if you have untld)

 

We cant say customer care in India is bad.

Airtel have very good customer support atleast here in Chennai, once there was problem with my net connection and there officer was at my home in 2 hours of complaint and he solved it in 20 min and went off then 2 times Airtel called us to conform that the problem have been solved or not.

They offer 100RS bill discount if complaint dont get solved within 24 hours isn't that great?

Not for 100RS but for the service they offer i really love Airtel.But Airtel does not have any good wireless plan

 

I use it when my broadband not work properly.I work few minutes on that device.
