Description:

I'm selling this well established Recipe blog with 182 posts spread evenly over the last 4 months. I am selling due to an increasing workload.

The blog is using Wordpress and it usually takes me about 5-10 minutes a day to post a new recipe.

The site would be great addition for someone with any food/cooking related sites or perhaps any bloggers looking to add another blog to their portfolio.

I will also include the site's Scribd account which has 181 documents and 2101 viewers.

I can transfer from 1&1 to GoDaddy but it won't be a push as such. I think GoDaddy will charge you since the domain is coming in from another registrar.

I will explain to the buyer exactly why there are these traffic spikes and how the traffic could be permanently at that level or even higher! If you're prepared to do a little work on a regular basis then you could be cashing in with Adsense on this site in the very near future!

This wasn't paid traffic, it was organic search traffic from Google and other search engines!!!

You're probably thinking, why am I selling if the site has this potential?

I just don't have the time to work on this site. I have around 40 other sites and I just don't have time to work on this one, which is a real shame.

I never monetized the site, so there are no revenue stats.

The winner will get an explanation of why the traffic spikes happened in September. There were two days where there were 400+ uniques a day. With that level of traffic it would be easy to put Adsense on the site and make some $$$.

With a little work and some knowledge (which I will provide) the site could be a nice little earner.

I just don't have the time to do any more than a 10 minute blog post a day on the site. Someone else with more time should be able to get this site earning easily.
