    Let us know if the content is unique or just copied plr stuff?

    Also dont you think your asking price is way tooo high? 60 months revenue? Usually here people pay 4-5 months revenue if the site is new with not a stable history of revenue..

    Zirkon,

    Would it be correct to assume you have paid for traffic to come to the site? You seem to have got a lot of traffic very quickly - 40 uniques a day within 1-4 weeks of starting the site? So you must be paying for this traffic or doing a lot of posting of forums / promoting. I assume not much of this is organic?

    Also there is not much history to the site to base a valuation on. Anyway based on these factors my offer would be $20 max.

    I did not pay to get traffic. 75% of the traffic is organic search engine. I am not selling my website anymore. Offer closed.
