Do they tazer some of these police dudes in the head also during training to sizzle fry the brain so that when they go out on duty they can randomly tazer folks anytime, any place

They are then guilt free because their brains are in-active as though they have experienced a lobotomized brain removal process by receiving the tazer shot to the head during training

No, they take it to the back, arms, legs, or abdominal area. I'm gonna guess most head shots in field are not intentional, given you typically are trained to aim for the largest target, typically the torso itself.

Even though I am against how over used tasers are used, and although it is a good reason to be against them with head shots being fatal, etc. I also concur that more than likely those are accidental. Aim can be off, wind could play a roll I'd think, the person could move, etc, etc

Latest news for the funeral as ordinary folks from Canada pour scorn on the RCMP
    http://canadianpress.google.com/article/ALeqM5jnACWYAf2_EWZIMcULMzc_JHUG0A
The Kamloops funeral home where the service will be held has been inundated with calls.

Spokesman Lawrence Schrader said many are calling to express their outrage at the RCMP and asking how they can help Dziekanski's mother Zofia Cisowski.

"It's just that they're ashamed to be Canadian for the way Robert was treated," Schrader said.

Schrader said he expects the service to be standing room only.

    More news coming out

Robert Dziekanski was the 18th person to die in Canada in a Taser incident since 2003.

The B.C. government should replace the RCMP with a provincial police force if they can't wrest more local control and oversight from the organization, a high-profile civil rights advocate said Friday.

As it stands, there is no mechanism for provincial control over the 8,000 RCMPofficers who operate in dozens of towns and cities throughout B.C.

It's a situation Murray Mollard, the executive director of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, called "crazy"on Friday.

Protests and complaints continue to gather momentum

I'm not sure if a provincial police unit would be much better. Vancouver itself has it's own private police department, and they are just as corrupt as the RCMP, they just have lesser territory to monitor.

Althought Ontario does have it's own provincial police and I haven't seen alot of bad things happening with them, however over half the province is stilled managed by the RCMP.

Taser is not lethal unless you have a serious heart problem. What killed him is the weight of a big guy on his neck.
