Is it illegal to target ads that aren't relevant to your site?

i.e. financial ads, medical ads, etc

    Thanks

    Ok. Thank you.

Also, does anyone know of a Javascript code that will act as a geotargeter? PHPAdNews doesn't behave with my server :).

This was just answered above. The answer is Yes you can do this. They provide this as part of their features. Each site is different and the visitors you receive may be more inclined to view ads lets say from "finance" than from "computers". As long as your ads are following the TOS in relation to setup and clicks you are allowed to use ad targeting.
