How can I contact my non followers, is there any way, I have a list of my targeted followers but they dont follow me and i want to contact them on Twitter. I dont have time to wait for them to follow me, I know this will be spamming but doesnt matter, I still want to do it, How do I do that? Is there any software or any one who does it? Thanks
