Targeting Australians and Australians using Google.com

I have a question related to the new geo targeting.

I want to target Australian visitors only, so of course I select Australia.

But I also want to make sure my ad's appear to any Australian using Google.com as can often be the case.

If I only geo target Australia will my ad's still appear to users on google.com who have an australian ip/location?

Yes, your ads will show up for us aussies.
Independently of users access with local google, Adwords is based on Ip location and not browser location.
