I think that google adsense program prohibit buying any type of guaranteed traffic, so, it is not adsense safe.

 

as i know, almost all traffic that is not organic, is not "safe" for Adsense. But you can use any else CPM networks for monetization.

 

My traffic is organic, because it comes from expired domain names. This means, for example, person is searching for a specific domain name, and web site, and he/she does not know that the domain name is expired, and that the web site does not exist any more, when he/she finds that url, in some search engine, or simply type the url directly, into his/her browser, that url will be redirected to the other (customer) url (web site).

Every day, thousands of domain names expire, because the owners have either abandoned them, or failed to renew them. Most of these expired domain names experience some traffic achieved by the efforts of the owner, before he/she lost interest. We use specialist web services to alert us to domain names that have expired in the past 12 hours. We then gauge the traffic levels through other online tools. If the domain name has a clearly-defined target market, and consistent traffic flow, we register the domain name ourselves, and use it, for our customers.

I don't know. It depends, probably, from your web site. I think it is best that you use landing page.
