I typically don't advertise or claim any revenues or traffic on any site.
The reason for this is simple, the sites are generally fairly new in development, stats records can be falsified and faked anyway, and the big one, I don't give the perception of any false hopes.
I hope this makes sense.

i understand that. what i'm concerned about is the traffic suppliers' service because you're basically the middleman. do they really deliver targeted traffic? this can easily be determined by your customers' feedback. are they generally pleased with the traffic you sell? how many complaints do you get per month? how do you advertise the service/site? and how many customers do you get in a month? these are concerns that the new owner will inherit from you once the site is sold and that's the reason why i'm asking this.
