    I acquired your service on april 12th, to date I DO NOT have a single back link to my site from your submission????? I find it hard to believe that you added a load of links, and Google or msn or yahoo didn't pick up a single link?????

    I would like to give you some explanations of why it may not be working properly, and lets work this out together:

    If you are not getting any emails, it would be one of the following:

    1- you did not provide me with a valid email account. Please double check the order form you submitted to me to ensure this is correct.

    2- you may have rigorous spam filters which is preventing the email from coming in.

    If you are not seeing any results, that is a separate issue and would be one of the following:

    1 - It takes time. In fact, it can take up to six weeks or longer for search engines to index a site.

    2 - Your website may be sandboxed by Google. If a site is sandboxed then no matter what you do, it will not show up in the primary search engines. The Sandbox Effect is the theory that websites with newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership or nameserver changes are placed in a sandbox (holding area) in the indexes of Google until it is deemed appropriate before a ranking can commence.

    3 - Your website was provided incorrectly on the order form. Sometimes there may be typos. Please double check the order form you submitted and make sure everything is correct.

    I would like to let everyone know that I have updated my main directory submission list and there are now 175new entries on my submissions list. I generally update every Saturday or Sunday to purge old entries and add new ones. Thank you!
