Targeted traffic?

    Hi all,
    I encounter this site targetedwebsitevisitors.com that buys old or abandon domains names and redirect these targeted traffic to your website.

    Anyone try the above before? Btw, I'm not promoting this site and I'm 70% sure that this is scam.

    Any idea from anyone? :cool:

    Hello there,

    I can only comment on my personal experience. I would be eager to see if there are other people who've run into this wannabe company.

    But I purchased $20. worth of "unique visits" (this was supposed to give me 10,000 unique visitors in a month). This company (TEEDECK INC. run by Tim Decker) is also supposed to make information available on where your visitors came from--this is SUPPOSED to occur when you sign in--the catch?

    THERE NOWHERE TO SIGN IN...

    THERE IS NO ONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE...

    THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM EMAIL...

    and NOTHING HAPPENED...ZERO...

    I knew I was taking a chance, but I viewed it as an education (because I am very new to this)...So it was worth it (but there is the potential to spend--and lose--huge money with this company)...I'm not sweatin' it, because I've got connections, protection and a pretty big platform to expose SCAMS.

    I really couldn't find any feedback anywhere else--But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

    Beware...And if anyone from this "company" reads this--I'd love to hear your excuse.

    There are quite a few companies out there that offer this type of service as well as XXXXX amount of banner impressions on there network. However there network is nothing more then a bot that hits your link every 30 secs. over and over again. Same with companies that claim to submit your website to thousands of search engines. Don't ever pay to have your website submitted unless it is to directories only. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
