targeted keywords only in local SERPs-please help

    The site targets Canada and US.The targeted keywords rank well on google ca but I don't know why the don't show in google com.

    Do you use "canada" in the site title and meta description?

    Maybe there is more competition for the .com keywords? Where there is less competition in the .ca?
