Targeted advertiser ads on site?

Is there a way tell if an advertiser has targeted your site for AdWords? I know I could just click refresh on my site a bunch of times, but that wouldn't help with legit impressions.

Just curious if anyone knows. Thanks

If they start filling entire banners or half banners (like 1 ad over the space of two) whilst you normally had good fill then you can be pretty sure they're on to you.

The entire banners or half banners as T0PS is reffering too look like the attached files. If you browse these forums regularly you might see some. Pictures taken from another thread where SEbasic posted them.
