Hi RyanDOT, if you're asking about how in general, then you need to use Google Adwords to get your Ad(s) shown. If you're already using Adwords/aware of it, and are asking how to target a specific site, then the answer is to use Managed Placements. These allow you to specify which sites you'd like your Ad(s) to appear upon.

Do you have an active Adwords account then?

If so, you need to start a campaign for the Display Network, then edit the settings under the Networks tab. In there you should see Managed Placements under the Display Network section, click 'Show Details' and you'll have a button to add new placements. You can also use the Placement Tool, a link for which will be shown when you click on the Add Placements button.

Managed placements are the best way to target.

I actually got in touch with Google about this, and you can't always necessarily just copy a url and post it on a specific page within a website. It just doesn't work that way. If you're talking about a specific page within a website, say for example, this page, it can work, but not always. For example, if I wanted to target just this thread, it probably won't work.

And also, make sure your creative is the same dimension as the Adsense. Sometimes, 120x600 and 160x600 looks awfully similar.

    Hope this helps.
