Target specific users or searchers.

    There is local Bank offering NRI account services to all the people living outside or in same country. How we have to target only those people seeking NRI account service provider. Also taking in consideration that we have to create a campaign with a maximum CPC of USD 0.50, so that we can get atleast 30 sign ups a day, which is a client preference.

    How will we do that?
