Target Only New Visitors in Google Adwords?

    Hello,

    Is it possible to target ONLY new visitors in Google Adwords? This means I don't want to advertise my website to people who have already visited my website or been to my website 3-5 times in the past and weren't approved for my services.

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    This is what I assumed. I wonder why a feature like this is not available yet? Obviously this would be beneficial to a TON of businesses.
