target keywords problem

after doing keyword research in google keywordtool,competitor site and etc.. how should i choose my targeted keywords an how must i embedd them in my site please guideme

Assuming that you have chose your preferred keywords.

1. Now, you have to use that keyword in meta Title of you page.
2. You can also use it in meta description with brief explanation.
3. Add in meta keywords
4. Sprinkle in your contents of the pages with 2-3% repetition
5. Interlink your other pages with this keyword and targeted page URL.
6. Build backlinks using this keyword as anchored using article marketing, directory submissions, social bookmarks, profile links, forums posts, blog comments, reviews, guest post, etc.
