    Hi,

    I am selling tanru.com. Tanru is based on Wordpress and has huge potential, the reason I am selling is because I need the money for some other projects.

    The site comes with a unique design and 6 unique tutorials made by yours truly.

    At the moment it only recieves about 40 unique visits, but through adding tutorials and such you could probably increase that.

    So far the site has earnt $0.56, but I have not optimized the ads except the bottom ones.

    The reason the starting bid is $75 is because the design is worth $50 and then $30 for the custom coding and all 6 unique tutorials.

    I am sorry but I cannot sell it for any less than $75, I suppose I might be able to sell it for $50. But the custom design and tutorials are all worth $75.

    There are barely any tutorials on the site. I think that the $25 is a good offer. Wordpress doesn't cost anything, I doubt the tutorials cost you anything, so it's the domain.. which isn't that good really... So I think you are really offer a free design with the sale of a 5 letter domain. That's how I see it.

    Well tanru actually stands for nothing. But I like the way it works with tutorials so I bought it. But it a brandable domain, thanks for the bid Will. I will finish this tomorrow at the same time as now
