    I don't really know the value of a domain like this and in this situation.

    since that term has zero traffic, the domain has no pr/backlinks and newly registered... the domain is worth nothing to me and i feel its the same for others

    Here's the thing.

    People with vision and outside-of-the-box thinking will see the opportunity of this kind of domains/sites.

    Let me tell you an idea.

    If you live in Richardson, TX and you could find tanning salons advertised in local magazines or news papers. Do you think they would be interested in this domain/site?

    Just an idea.. :)

    Too much traffic to this site doesn't matter.... Maybe you can see the opportunity here.
