I would increase font size, and reduce line height a little for starters. Contact link, should really be a page with actual contact information, not just an email. Specials should be moved to the top. Really, I would not try to do this as a blog. You can use the blog platform, but just use the pages, and not posts. Honestly looks really bad, and that is not looking at the header!
