    I purchased this domain from the forum with the intention of setting up
    a new forum for discussing niche related web development or as a review
    site offering reviews of niche software that can be used to research
    niches and create niche sites.

    I personally think this is a very good domain for such a project but I
    don't have the time to either develop or promote it. I am therefore
    letting the domain and idea go so that someone else can give it a try or
    use it for something else.
