The site has been custom designed by myself. The forum layout is however used on ONE other website (also for sale - pokerfanzine.com) but the colours, logo and portal page are 100% unique and will never be replicated.

This is an auction, and I will not accept any bids below $1150. This sale WILL NOT include vBulletin license, but everything else is included.

 

1. What percentage, on average, of your daily traffic, are new visitors (Google Analytics has this feature)?

2. Revenue and traffic for the past 12 months would be appreciated as well + reffering sources & SE queries.

Doesn't really earn much since I just have the old Google ads at the moment. Probably need something more targetted.

Last month was 67.67% returning, 32.33% new visitors.

I don't have Google stats for the last 12 months they have only been on since middle of June and I recently switched servers so don't have server stats sorry. By the way, the site is currently hosted for free on a fantastic dedicated server at SoccerGaming.com - I am sure they would be willing to continue this deal. They ask for a 728x90 header and a skyscraper in exchange for hosting.

 

Revenue and traffic proof please

 

I don't have any revenue proof since it's not channelled. I haven't made any claims about revenue anywho other than it won't make much (google ads on forums never do).

The site seems to be hugely dependant on the SoccerGaming connection as well (just shoot a link:[http]://www.talkfc.com -remove brackets - query to see what I mean). What are the odds of them keeping the link if I, say, move the forums into my own hosting account?

 

The site is running spyware !

Look at the source code at the bottom and you will see it.

I've checked his source code and couldn't find such a thing. You may want to single it out.

not your fault though,your host is well known for it.

Just type in google and you will see complaints from soccer hosted forums.

Ok I contacted him about the code. I will be removing it.

 

The 'spyware' has been removed and my host is now contacting UGO regarding it (it is them who suggested the tracket to him).

 

Even without the spyware, you need to seriously drop down the price.

Not only does one have to pay your requested price to get it, but one must shell out an extra $160 for a vB licence unless he's got one lying around.

 

I am not willing to drop the price. If no one is interested, it doesn't sell. Simple.
