Does anybody know a free way for me to talk to an accountant, online or on the phone? Or does anybody here know A LOT about taxes, accounting, and business structures? I'd like to talk by email or on the phone about it; I have a lot of questions. Thank you.

Maybe you should think about it to visit an basic accounting/ small business course on your local college? Then you can fire all your questions at your professor and you can spend hours and hours there. Also the small business administration has in every state an office where you can ask questions.
