    Hi folks,

    I have for sale talk-scotland.com. It is a vbulletin forum that I started over 1 year ago but have not had the time I would have liked to make it successful. Current projects are taking priority at the moment so I would like to offer it for sale to someone who can make it work. I used to have one adsense link on the homepage but it only made about $5 per month. Money wasn't my main motive for creating the site so I haven't tried to monetize it further.

    This sale will end on Nov 3rd 2009 at 9:22 pm. If there are decent offers, I will end sooner.

    There are a few posters but not many. All it needs is some time and attention and people will start posting.

    I've adjusted the settings to allow guest to see who is visiting the forum each day. The traffic is there, people are visiting the site, just not posting. I run another larger forum, and from experience, if people see people posting, they will also post, and that's all that's needed.

    A performed a substantial backlink campaign at the start, you can see from the 'link diagnosis' link in my first post, there are some high PR backlinks and the site has been PR3 ever since it was created.
