    Hello,

    I'm looking for a skilled web developer who can work upto 30 hours per week.

    I'm looking for a developer who is expert in PHP, Javascript and MySQL with enough knowledge of CSS to do designer to programmer changes and integration.

    Any experience of CSS and Photoshop would be great.

    I work freelance and would like someone to work with me.

    The rate of pay is $10 - $15 per hour @ 30 hours per week.

    I would love to see your portfolio and some code snippets.
