We'd like to put a $1000 /month budget into a team who can dedicate several people, part-time to our projects. This work will be customizing themes and templates, banners, emails, landing pages, headers and footers, forum design, buttons, etc. We do a lot of Wordpress, a little Joomla and VBulletin, CSS, HTML, xHTML, Ajax, some Flash and more.
