Talented PSD Web Designer Needed. My prior designer seems way busy these days so it's time to find new talent. Looking for someone from Europe to work with or US, with modest rates I will need work done weekly this summer likely so it will be a long term relationship. If you have talent with designing custom websites, post work below along with your skype username . I will choose who I wish to communicate with. My process to work: 1) I draw up a simple structure 2) You polish the work and make it a great looking website 3) I pay 4) You send me the files in PSD & PNG, in a zip folder. We MUST talk by skype. No other regions will be accepted, excluding some in South America.
