I currently do not have a ton of work that needs to be done but would like to build a relationship with a great programmer to use in the future. I have found one that I am happy with through DP so hopefully I can find more. You'll need to be more Specific about what kind of languages/technology's programmers you need, if you actually want to bait someone who's good at something.
