Buying Talented designer to refresh an icon set used in a windows application

Hi,
I'm looking for a designer who can create a coherent icon set for use in our desktop applications, the total number of icons required will be about 40.
These icons will need to be original and not based on any existing copyrighted works.
Due to the nature of the requirements, we are more than happy to pay professional rates.
PM me for further info and if you're interested, I'd be particularly interested in people who have previous application icon development experience (its not as easy as it sounds!).
