Taking Profile Pictures from Myspace and hotlinking them is legal?

    I would like to make a site dedicated to hot girls of myspace .. To do this i will take member's photos from myspace and also i would hotlink them in my site ..

    I would like to know if this is legal .

    The person who took the photo owns the rights to it. You need their permission to use it.

    I would bet you could get lots of female members of myspace to submit their photos to you if you gave them something in return - something like a "Myspace Hottie" button for their profile.

    For it to be legal, you should get a waiver signed, and if they are under 18, you would need a parent/guardian signature, which I doubt would happen.
