Taking over a site

This is a hypothetical question, but I would like to know the truth on what would probably happen.

Person A owns chicken.com and within 6 months he is banned from AdSense because of invalid clicks. Person A now wants to sell chicken.com.

Person B is thinking of buying chicken.com, but he's wondering if he'll get banned just because of the site.

So if I'm Person B and my friend (Person A) wants to give me his site for free, would I be able to use AdSense on it with my account?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jonathan

Not a site but an adsense account is banned, so if person B buys the site, puts a new adsense box on it (and let Google know ofcourse, just to be safe) it shouldn't be a problem.

Actually on Sitepoint I have seen people complaining that sites they bought have been banned from using Adsense.

I think their are similer stories here as well.
