taking over a site which has a coop account

    Hi,
    just taken over a site and I can't set up a coop account for it as there was one before using that url. The old owner has removed the url - how long does it take to get cleared from the system so I can re-register it?

    It's instant. If it says it's in use, the old owner did not remove it yet.
