taking longer and longer to choose domains

I remember years back i could choose and buy a domain in about 5 minutes, i timed myself today looking for another furniture domain and have to say i spent more than 45 minutes looking before I found one i was happy to settle with....

Is it just me or is it really getting harder and harder...

I will never ever let a domain drop now, I will just turn them into roboblogs until I can think of anything really good to use them for!

What annoys me more is when i choose a domain its taken, i see who it is and the owner is doing NOTHING with it.

    Tut Tut, rant over.

If domains were priced higher I am so sure most of these sites would not exist...

    That's what domaining is. ;)
Many people park good domains, they try to sell it more than what they bought it for.

Many domains are registered every day, what do you expect.

i wouldn't mind but most of these are not great domains... i've sold domains and added value by actually doing something with them!

i know domains are registered everyday, i just felt like having a rant as its now taking me way to much time to get a half decent domain.

if you cant beat em join em, off i go to buy loads of domains i as yet have no need for but want to get them before someone else does.... domain fever hits digimac LOL

    very true....

its harder to get a catchy domain name.
.com 's are almost full. You cant get a real good domain name.

In future I think most of us will try deleted domains.

I made a list of over 400 domain names I wanted to buy and only 13 of them were available

I agree, good domains are tough to find! I guess if you can't beat them - join them and start investing in domains.
