    The FBI won't waste the money for someones $500... they are busy with other small stuff... ya know, terrorists and what not... I won't even say whats on my mind...

    On a better note, I think(not sure) if you WIN, the cost of the legal fees gets added to the fine for adtoll... not sure...

    Legal fees are not added unless the two parties had a prevailing party clause in a contract.
