    I want this flash template modified with my content. It is going to be a memorial site so it will have a brief homepage, a bio page, an image and video page where I hope to be able to add, remove, and modify content, and a page for visitors to add comments with captcha or similar.

    I don't have a large budget for this as it will just remain an unfunded memorial site with no ROI. If you can line item big costs so I can scale this site that would be great too.
