Taking back control of your blog sales!

I initially posted this in the general business area of the forum (which on reflection was a mistake), but anyway, I am developing a free wordpress plugin which is all about removing the need for commission based selling of text links and posts. At the core of this, was my annoyance that someone like reviewme could take 50% of every single post I sell, and in return all they are doing is providing a marketplace to view and gather stats about blogs.

So that I don't repeat myself, I will link to the original thread so that you can see what the concept entails:

I'm looking for beta testers before releasing the plugin, so if you own a wordpress blog, and fancy testing out the potential of regaining full control over your sales, as well as suggesting new features, have a look at the thread above, or PM me in the forum for more details. :)

I'm also providing the marketplace for bloggers to get found, in the form of a modified directory listing. There will be a monthly fee (to generate revenue), but simply by selling 1 link or post per month, you will more than cover it. I want to get away from payments based on commissions, since it really inflates prices beyond what they need to be, whilst not giving the publishers any extra benefit.

If it does well, I will happily port it over to other CMS apps. I also have a hosted version of this I made a while back, that posts to domains using xmlrpc, which I could also bring online for those who can't install the plugin themselves. Again, there would be no commission based sales - just flat fees.
